Justin St. John is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience with advisory, accounting, auditing and tax preparation for businesses and individuals. He provides personalized advisory and tax services that assist entrepreneurs in growing their businesses and meeting their financial goals. Justin’s clients cover a large number of industries and have ranged from sole proprietorships to medium sized businesses to large corporations located across the country.  

 

In addition to Justin’s accounting and tax experience, he has extensive experience as a professional in the global financial services industry working on Wall Street for the largest investment banks.

His career has focused on accounting and internal audit within the investment banking, retail brokerage, broker dealer, asset management, retail banking and real estate sectors.  Justin also has extensive knowledge of Board of Directors Governance requirements, risk management, Sarbanes Oxley compliance/testing requirements as well as data analytics, forensic reviews and fraud examinations.

 

Justin is a graduate of Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and is a member of the AICPA, NYSCPA and NJCPA
